Panasonic acquires German software company OpenSynergy
Acquisition to enable integration of cockpit solutions
Panasonic said yesterday (9 August) that it acquired all of the outstanding shares of the German software company OpenSynergy, which specializes in embedded automotive software for cockpit solutions , on 22 July, says a company press release.
