Linamar’s Q2 net earnings up 31% y/y to USD121 million
Company’s Powertrain/Driveline business gained from higher new launched programs in North America and Europe
Linamar reported a 31% year-over-year (y/y) increase in net earnings to CAD157.3 million (USD120.9 million) in the second quarter ended 30 June 2016, mainly driven by a 21% y/y growth in sales to CAD1.7 billion (USD1.3 billion), the company said in a press release.
