Bridgestone invests USD233 million to boost production at Canadian tire plant
Japanese tire-maker announced five-year expansion plans at Canadian plant in February this year
Bridgestone Americas has celebrated 50 years of tire production in Canada and has broken ground on a CAD300-million (USD222 million) manufacturing facility for passenger car and light truck tires in Joilette, Quebec.
