Nissan begins sales of Serena minivan with self-driving capabilities in Japan
First Japanese automaker to start selling vehicles with semi-automated driving technology
Nissan has begun sales of the all-new Nissan Serena minivan, featuring ProPilot self-driving technology, at its dealers throughout Japan, the company said in a press release yesterday (24 August). The prices of new Serena, equipped with ProPilot systems, begins at JPY2.91 million (USD29,057), and depending upon variants, the price goes up to JPY3.17 million (USD31,651).
