Bharat Forge acquires UK subsidiary for around USD4.5 million
BFIL becomes wholly owned direct subsidiary of Bharat Forge
As a part of overseas business restructuring, Bharat Forge Limited has acquired 64,000 shares of Bharat Forge International (BFIL) from Bharat Forge Global Holding for INR300 million (USD4.5 million), the company announced in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange on 27 August.
