Delphi announces pricing of senior notes due 2028
To use net proceeds to repay portion of its existing USD800 million senior notes due 2023
Delphi Automotive has announced pricing of EUR500 million (USD558.2 million) aggregate principal amount of its 1.6% senior notes due 2028, according to a company press release yesterday (31 August).
