Gouin to join the company’s board of directors upon taking over as CEO
Tower International, a manufacturer of engineered automotive structural metal components and assemblies, has appointed James Gouin as president, with effect from 1 September, and as CEO effective 1 January 2017, according to a press release on 1 September.
