TDK to hold 75% stake in the JV
TDK Corporation and Toshiba Corporation have entered into a joint venture (JV)to manufacture automotive inverters for hybrid vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles and electric vehicles, the companies announced in a press release on 1 September.
