Tesla hires former Nissan designer Randy Rodriguez
Rodriguez spent 14 years at Nissan
Tesla has expanded its design team by hiring Randy Rodriguez, the leading exterior designer at Nissan until recently, reports Electrek. Rodriguez, who was working at the Japanese automaker’s design campus in San Diego, left the company last month to Join Tesla as senior lead exterior designer at the automaker’s design studio in Hawthorne, California.
