MSSL Manufacturing Hungary to acquire Abraham and Co’s automotive division for around USD11.69 million
MSSL Manufacturing Hungary, a step down subsidiary of India-based Motherson Sumi Systems, is acquiring the automotive business division of Abraham and Co, located in Turkeve, Hungary, on a going concern basis, for EUR10.4 million (around USD11.69 million), according to a regulatory filing made with stock exchanges in India on 7 September.
