Ricardo to supply ‘Proteus 300’ engine to DongFeng Commercial Vehicles for research
Equipment to help DongFeng develop clean, fuel-efficient diesel engines for heavy-duty applications
Engineering and environmental consultancy Ricardo will provide Chinese commercial vehicle maker DongFeng Commercial Vehicles Ltd (DFCV) with its latest advanced heavy-duty diesel single-cylinder unit—the Proteus 300 engine—to support the latter firm in engine research, the company said in a press release on 7 September.
