Lear invests in seat heating and cooling supplier
Two companies did not disclose financial terms of the deal
Lear announced yesterday (8 September) that it has "entered into a strategic partnership with Tempronics, pursuant to which Lear obtained a minority interest" in the supplier, as well as securing exclusive rights to its thermoelectric seat heating and cooling technology for automotive applications, according to a company press release.
