Mahindra CIE to acquire Bill Forge for USD200 million
Acquisition to substantially increase Mahindra CIE’s revenue and profitability
India-based Mahindra CIE Automotive has agreed to acquire local forging and machining components supplier Bill Forge in cash and stock deal valued at INR13.32 billion (USD200 million), reports The Economic Times, citing people familiar with the matter.
