Japan-based Tenjin agrees to acquire Continental Structural Plastics
Acquisition expects to complete by December this year
Tenjin Limited has agreed to acquire Continental Structural Plastics (CSP) for USD825 million, the Japan-based company said in a press release on Tuesday (13 September). CSP is a major supplier of thermoset composites for the automotive industry. The company is also a key supplier of sheet moulding compound for automotive applications.
