ArcelorMittal and Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), which signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a joint-venture (JV) in India last year, are considering states such as Gujarat or Maharashtra for setting a steel plant, reports Business-Standard, citing a source who did not want to be identified.
