New Zealand government opens EV contestable fund
Fund is one of 14 initiatives under New Zealand government's EV programme
New Zealand's Transport and Energy and Resources Minister Simon Bridges has opened a Low Emission Vehicles Contestable Fund which is aimed at encouraging low emission vehicle technologies. The fund is one of 14 initiatives under the government's electric vehicle (EV) programme, which aims to double the number of EVs on New Zealand roads each year to reach 64,000 units by 2021.
