'Electric Nation' project in UK to test effect of EV charging on electricity grid
Project to enroll 500-700 electric vehicle owners
The 'Electric Nation' project, launched in the United Kingdom on 14 September, aims to ascertain the impact of increasing electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle charging on the electric grid, the UK’s Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) said in a press release.
