Tesla hopes to launch Autopilot 8.0 on 21 September, Mobileye and Tesla feud
Launch can be delayed if any last minute issues are discovered, Musk tweeted
Tesla CEO Elon Musk has said the company "hopes" to roll out the Autopilot 2.0 software and capability update on 21 September, but cautioned it could be delayed if any "last-minute issues" are discovered. As is his style, the CEO made the announcement on Twitter, posting, "Hoping to start WW (worldwide) rollout of 8.0 on Wednesday if no last minute issues discovered."
