Knorr-Bremse, ZF further raise their offers to acquire Haldex
Haldex’s board recommends shareholders to reject higher offer made by Knorr-Bremse
Knorr-Bremse and ZF have both raised their offers to acquire Haldex. According to Reuters, Knorr-Bremse raised its bid to SEK125 per share on Friday, valuing Haldex at SEK5.53 billion (USD645 million, 19 September 2016). The company increased its offer after ZF raised its bid to SEK120 per share, which valued Haldex at SEK5.29 billion (USD617 million).
