Tesla settles dispute with Hoerbiger
Electric carmaker filed lawsuit in January this year
Tesla and Switzerland-based supplier Hoerbiger Automotive Comfort System have agreed to settle a lawsuit—filed by the electric carmaker—over problems with a proposed hydraulic system for the Model X’s falcon wing doors, reports Reuters. The details of the settlement, however, are not yet public. Both parties have until 13 October to file a joint statement.
