ASEAN new vehicle sales grow 8.7% y/y in August, production remains flat
Indonesia tops the chart in ASEAN, followed by Thailand
New light-vehicle (LV) and medium and heavy commercial vehicle (MHCV) sales in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) region posted an 8.7% year-on-year (y/y) increase during August to 275,445 units, according to data released by the ASEAN Automotive Federation (AAF).
