DOT has committed to invest USD1 million per year for three years in the vehicle safety coailition

Four US government agencies have joined forces to launch the 'Road to Zero Coalition', with the goal of achieving zero traffic fatalities within 30 years. The groups participating include the US Department of Transportation's (DOT) National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and the National Safety Council (NSC).
