Continental to acquire Konrad Hornschuch
Acquisition expected to be completed by second quarter of 2017
Continental has agreed to acquire Hornschuch, a Germany-based manufacturer of films, foam laminates and artificial leather for cars and other applications, through its subsidiary Benecke-Kaliko, said a company press release last week (15 October).
