German government asks Tesla not to use ‘Autopilot’ term in advertising
Says the demand is in order to prevent misunderstanding and incorrect customers' expectations
Germany’s Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure has asked Tesla Motors to stop advertising its electric cars having an ‘Autopilot’ function as this might suggest drivers’ attention is not required, Reuters reported on Sunday (16 October).
