Japan-based Toyo Tire & Rubber has launched the Toyo Proxes R888R car tire in the United States, the company said in a press release on 19 October. The Proxes R888R is an evolution of the race-winning Proxes R888, delivering even faster lap times and better dry handling, the company claimed. Until now, the R888R tire was available in Europe and Australia.
