Tata Sons ousts chairman Cyrus Mistry, appoints Ratan Tata as interim chairman
Also appoints CEOs of JLR and TCS as additional directors in board
Tata Sons Limited’ board of directors has removed Cyrus Mistry as chairman of the company, according to a press release by the Tata Group. Tata Sons is a holding company of the Tata Group. The board has named Ratan Tata as interim chairman.
