Schaeffler starts operations at new Thai plant
To produce clutch release systems, clutch pressure plates and discs, mechanical and hydraulic belt tensioners, and synchronizer rings
Germany-based auto-parts maker Schaeffler Group started operations at a new plant in Chon Buri, Thailand. The new plant, the company’s first in Thailand, is aimed at serving its customers in Southeast Asia and Oceania, Bangkok Post reported on 15 October.
