Johnson Controls doubles AGM battery production in China
Changxing plant’s total annual capacity is now around 10 million batteries, making it Johnson Controls’ largest battery unit in China
Johnson Controls has launched new production lines for absorbent glass mat (AGM) batteries at its plant in Changxing, Zhejiang province (China), increasing the facility’s AGM battery capacity to over 3 million units a year, more than double the prior year capacity, the company said in a press release on 31 October.
