Amtek set to shortlist bidders for Tekfor – report
Gets eight first-round bids that value Tekfor at up to EUR520 million (around USD576 million)
India-based auto parts supplier Amtek Auto could shortlist bidders for its German subsidiary Tekfor next week, Reuters reported citing people close to the matter. The move comes a year after Amtek Auto started the sale process of the company.
