The VW Group appears to have more potential legal headaches to deal with, following the news that its supervisory board chairman is under investigation in Germany over stock market disclosure regulation

The California Air Resource Board (CARB) has discovered new software on the Audi models which appears to be aimed at reducing CO2 emissions, according to a Bild am Sonntag report.
