MAHLE completes sales of industrial filtration business
Divestment part of the German supplier’s strategy to focus on its core automotive business
MAHLE has completed sale of its industrial filtration business to US-based Filtration Group, the company said in a press release last week. The deal, announced in August this year, received required approval from the anti-trust authorities. Both parties agreed to not disclose the financial details of the transaction.
