Valens working to bring HDBaseT into the next-generation of connected cars

Daimler has announced collaboration with Israel-based Valens to optimize its in-car connectivity, according to a press release. As part of the collaboration, announced at Electronica currently being held in Munich (Germany), the automaker will use Valens’ HDBaseT Automotive into its cars in the future. Valens’ technology will support high performance of infotainment, advanced driving assistance system (ADAS) and telematics system in future Daimler vehicles.
