ON Semiconductor introduces 650V power module for hybrids, EVs
Company claims that it is one of the most compact packages in the industry
US-based ON Semiconductor has introduced a 650 volt (V), 50 ampere (A) automotive qualified intelligent power module which provides a fully featured high-performance auxiliary inverter output stage for hybrid and electric vehicles (EVs), the company announced in a press release on 7 November.
