Company sees hybrid as key differentiator
Volvo Car plans to launch a range of hybrids and electric cars in India in the next few years, reports The Economic Times. The Swedish car brand, owned by Chinese automaker Zhejiang Geely Holding, is gearing up to bring in alternate-drivetrain powered vehicles across the portfolio, from entry car to the top of the line one, in the next three years, as it aim to double its share to 10 % in the local luxury car market, the report adds.
