Acquisition to strengthen Siemens’ Digital Enterprise Software portfolio
Siemens has reached an agreement to acquire Mentor Graphics, a US-based automation and industrial software provider, in a deal that values the latter at USD4.5 billion, the two companies said in a joint press release on Monday (14 November).
