Amp device is designed to prevent mix-ups with passengers

In a major brand overhaul, the US-based ride-sharing company Lyft has unveiled a new in-car connected device called Amp which will replace pink moustache logo that the company is using for around four years, according to a company’s blog. The company will roll out the new device in its ride-sharing vehicles on 31 December 2016 in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and New York City and in other markets by mid-2017.
