Service station operator already has an agreement with the German government to equip roughly 400 service stations by 2017

The big three German OEMs, Volkswagen (VW), Daimler and BMW, are reported to be in talks with German autobahn services operator Tank & Rast about establishing a nationwide network of inter-city electric vehicle (EV) fast-charging stations.
