Bharat Forge acquires US-based Walker Forge Tennessee
Acquisition to expand company’s footprint in North America
Bharat Forge, through its US subsidiary, Bharat Forge America, has acquired US-based Walker Forge Tennessee (WFT) for USD14 million, the company said in a press release last week (18 November).
