Dana agrees to purchase Brevini Group's power-transmission, fluid business
Dana will purchase 80% of the business initially, with the option to acquire the remaining 20% by 2020
US supplier Dana has announced a definitive agreement to purchase the power-transmission and fluid power business of Italy's Brevini Group, according to a Dana press release.
