BMW initiates lawsuit against bearings suppliers, including SKF
French automaker PSA also filed similar lawsuit earlier this year
BMW Group has initiated a lawsuit against major bearing supplier companies, including SKF, which were part of the settlement decision by the European Commission (EC) for violation of competition rules, the Sweden-based company said in a press release earlier this month. The German automaker filed the lawsuit against the bearing suppliers with the High Court of Justice in London (United Kingdom).
