Toyota Group reports 5% y/y decline in October global output
YTD production marginally up
Toyota Group, including brands Toyota, Daihatsu, and Hino, reported its global production volume for the month of October today (29 November). The group recorded a 5.1% year-on-year (y/y) decline in its global vehicle output to 860,963 units during the month. According to data released by the automaker, year-to-date (YTD) global production now totals over 8.47 million units, a 0.5% y/y increase.
