Grupo Industrial Saltillo to acquire Spain's Infun Group for USD297 million
Deal will be financed with USD60 million in cash and up to USD326.5 million in bank loans
Grupo Industrial Saltillo (GIS), the Mexico-based auto component supplier will acquire Sspain based Infun Group for EUR280 million (USD297 million), the company announced in a press release last week.
