Borgward forms JV with Faurecia
Joint venture is for the production of seats and interior components
Borgward has teamed up with French supplier Faurecia to form Borgward Faurecia Auto Systems Company, a joint venture (JV) for the production of seats and interior components, the automaker says in a news release.
