Gree Electric acquires EV maker Yinlong
Gree will issue 834.93 million new shares at CNY15.57 each to Yinlong's 21 stockholders
Gree Electric Appliances will acquire electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Zhuhai Yinlong New Energy in a CNY13-billion (USD1.95-billion) stock swap, reports the Nikkei business newspaper.
