Nikola debuts ‘Nikola One’ electric truck; to be road-ready by 2019
Nikola’s long-term target is to manufacture 50,000 vehicles each year
Nikola Motor recently showcased its long awaited ‘Nikola One’ electric semi-truck at its headquarters in Salt Lake City, United States, as reported by trucks.com. Comprising a hydrogen fuel cell powertrain, the truck is powered by a 300kW fuel cell along with a 320kWh battery bank serving as a backup capable enough to provide reserve power for heavy torque requirements.
