California outlines wish-list for VW's ZEV investment in US state
Automaker to spend USD2 billion in the US to support development of the ZEV market
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) presented on 1 December its priorities and targets for Volkswagen's (VW) agreed investment in zero-emissions vehicles (ZEVs) in the US state under the settlement over use of the diesel emissions defeat device. The board will take public comments on these until 16 December 2016 before providing feedback to VW.
