NVIDIA receives approvals to test self-driving vehicles in California
Company is already testing its self-driving vehicles on private roads
US-based graphic specialist NVIDIA is the latest to receive approval from the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to test its self-driving vehicles on public roads in the state, according to the department’s website. The company, which makes processing units for use in autonomous driving systems for established automakers and suppliers as well as start-ups, is also building its own test vehicles to improve its systems.
