Russian truckmaker may use base in Vietnam to cater ASEAN market

Russian truck-maker KamAZ plans to restart assembly operations in Vietnam in 2017, reports Prime News, citing chief executive Sergei Kogogin. "We plan to visit the plant and discuss this with other shareholders in January, as we are the largest but not the only shareholder of the plant," said Kogogin.
