South Korean government orders Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo to recall vehicles over separate issues

Audi asked to recall 3,124 vehicles, Mercedes-Benz 73 vehicles and Volvo Trucks 1,065 trucks

Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo have been ordered to recall around 3,124 vehicles in South Koreas over separate issues, according to the South Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport. Of the total, Audi will recall around 1,987 vehicles over issues with an airbag control unit that may cause airbag not to deploy properly. Audi will recall around 1,987 units of six models, including the Audi A4 2.0 TFSI Quattro, produced between 28 August 2008 and 25 August 2009.
