Mahindra CIE Automotive announces merger of two overseas arms with itself
Will be able to save on legal and administrative costs with the merger
India-based supplier Mahindra CIE Automotive’s board has approved the merger of its wholly owned subsidiaries Mahindra Forgings Global and Mahindra Forgings International with itself, according to a filing with Indian stock exchanges on 12 December.
